Hi, my name is Uloma and I love to travel. I’m a Nigerian with a Canadian passport who feels most at home when I’m in Amsterdam. For the next two years I’ll be based in Lusaka, Zambia working for the United Nations Capital Development Fund as a Knowledge Management Specialist. I’ve decided to use this blog as an avenue to share some of my stories “on the road”. I hope you enjoy reading my stories as much as I enjoy telling them.
I love to talk about many things but these are some of my favourite topics: self-development, travel, politics, Africa and the African diaspora, books, mental health, love and humour.
In my spare time, I write articles for She Leads Africa, I’m working with a friend to establish an NGO called Give Girls A Chance dedicated to improving access to quality education for girls in Nigeria, I’m learning French and constantly working on improving myself.
